This week, RCBB Gruppe participated in the “Fair for the Future” and the “Opportunities for the Future” workshop held as part of the nTIC – New Trends in Civil Engineering conference, organized by the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Iași. We engaged directly with students, providing information about available professional development programs and highlighting career opportunities and innovative projects where young people can get involved.
Last week, we also visited the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Timișoara, where we delivered a presentation tailored for students, especially those in the German-language program. The goal was to familiarize them with the standards and practices of the German construction industry, offering them an international perspective on their future careers.
Such actions create a concrete framework where students can engage directly with companies, understand real market demands, and discover that their professional journey begins during their university years. Open discussions, hands-on workshops, and presentations transform theory into practice and build a strong bridge between education and the construction site. These experiences boost students’ confidence in their potential and provide a clear vision of the professional paths available after graduation.
We are proud to be a partner in the educational process. RCBB Gruppe has developed the Junior Engineers Program, aimed at recent graduates from civil engineering faculties. This program offers participants the opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers, coordinate projects, and gain hands-on experience on real construction sites. Through this initiative, we aim to shape the future leaders of the construction industry—professionals ready to meet the industry’s challenges. Our constant presence at university events and youth-focused programs ensures a valuable transfer of knowledge across generations and between theory and practice.
