Termenul de ,,echipă” poate fi înlocuit cu ușurință cu cel de ,,familie”, deoarece pe lângă problemele profesionale care apar de-a lungul desfășurării activități, apar inevitabil și probleme de natură personală, în care suntem înțeleși și ajutați pe cât mai mult posibil. Deși ne desfășurăm activitatea departe de familie, atmosfera și familia de aici ne ușurează dorul de casă. Apoi, șefii ierarhici nu sunt doar șefi, sunt profesioniști și lideri care inspiră. Nu în ultimul rând, lucrez aici de atâta vreme pentru că salariile sunt plătite cu punctualitate și am observat disponibilitate de a se găsi soluții pentru a ne ușura munca (work smart, not hard).
