90% of Phase 3 already completed
The RCBB team at Silk District has already completed 90% of the work. At this stage, we are working on the 11th floor of all four buildings included in this phase of the project. The height regime is 11 floors plus a technical level.
This progress is the result of rigorous planning and continuous collective effort, day by day, stage by stage.
Record time for parking structure
A true benchmark of efficiency has been the above-ground parking structure, where we managed to complete 75% of the work – from the basement up to the third level – in just one month.
The total built area so far amounts to 5,600 m² (1,400 m² per level).
This achievement reflects not only our fast execution pace but also our ability to deliver quality at speed, with no compromises.
Early delivery: August 15
We are currently working on the final stages of the project, with a clear objective: to hand over the site by August 15, one week ahead of the contractual deadline.
Meeting – and even surpassing – delivery deadlines is a commitment we carry across all our projects, because we understand how crucial predictability is in the construction sector.
A strong team built on mutual trust
At its peak, the site brought together a team of around 200 people, each with an essential role – from engineers, surveyors, and HSE specialists to carpenters, ironworkers, crane operators, logistics coordinators, and crew leaders.
Every technical detail and every step forward were made possible thanks to the dedication of our people.
Without them, nothing would have been possible.
