No Improvisations on Site – HSE Rules for Safety in Construction

Site safety is the foundation of every RCBB Gruppe project. Under the motto “No Improvisations. No Shortcuts. Zero Compromises”, our August HSE campaign has a clear goal: Eliminating dangerous practices and preventing workplace accidents.

Why Improvisations on Site Put Lives at Risk

In construction, a seemingly harmless improvisation can cause serious accidents. The most common dangerous improvisations include:

HSE Rules for a Safe Construction Site

At RCBB Gruppe, HSE rules are clear and mandatory:

1. Checked and compliant electrical installations

All cables, sockets, and electrical panels must be inspected and repaired only by authorised personnel.

2. Compliant scaffolding and safe access

Scaffolds must be erected according to regulations, with guardrails, certified planks, and safe ladders.

3. Equipment with intact safety guards

Safety devices on machinery must never be removed.

4. Immediate reporting of improvisations

Any hazardous situation must be reported immediately to the site manager.

Safety does not slow work – it makes it possible

A safe site means healthy workers and projects completed on time. Haste or “quick fixes” must never replace responsibility and compliance with HSE standards.

Our message to the team:

Conclusion: No Improvisations, Zero Compromises

At RCBB Gruppe, we believe that safety on site is the key to success. Every team member has the responsibility to work correctly and prevent accidents.

No Improvisations. Clear Head. Zero Compromises.
